Please allow 1-3 Business days (Monday-Friday) to process your on hand order. Once items are shipped you will receive a tracking email with the estimated time your items arrival.  Please allow 7-10 days for custom orders.

Standard shipping 10-14 days. Covid may delay shipping up to 6 weeks*

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns. Please keep in mind that colors can appear different in person due to computer screen resolution. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. Crafting In Chaos reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. If any exceptions are made, Customer will be responsible for return shipping.
